He was a firm believer in the importance of continuing education, realizing that only through education will professionals be able to provide clients with the critical information they need in order to make informed real estate and business decisions.
Deserving professionals, regardless of corporate affiliation, will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Professional achievement
- Desire to advance their career through education
- Community involvement
- Leadership potential
- Financial need
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to receive a scholarship award, an applicant must satisfy the following requirements:
- Be in good standing as an employed commercial real estate professional
- Have three years of experience in the commercial real estate industry or two years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and one year of military service
- Be a U.S. citizen, documented permanent resident
